How to Submit an Order and what to Include

Guide on submitting purchase and service orders to Pfannenberg

In order to place an order with Pfannenberg, you must have an active account with us. If you need assistance verifying whether you have an account or to obtain your account number, please contact your local sales representative here or reach out to our customer service team at orders@pfannenbergusa.com.


Purchase Orders

Please send all purchase orders to our customer service team at orders@pfannenbergusa.com

What to include:

  • Company name and branch number if applicable
  • PO number
  • Company billing and shipping address information
  • Shipping contact if there is a designated person
  • Shipping accounts numbers for ground and freight carriers if available. If none are provided Pfannenberg will ship collect with the lowest cost and on time rate percentage carrier.
  • If you have a preference for whether the order should be shipped in full or in partial shipments based on item availability.
  • Pfannenberg's 11-digit part number of the item. If you need assistance in providing the part number, please reach out to our applications department at sales@pfannenbergusa.com
  • The preferred date for delivery of the order


Service Orders

Please send all service orders to our service team at service at service@pfannenbergusa.com

In addition to what is required for purchase orders, please also include the SRO number that is provided by our service team to reference the repair. To get started on a repair request, submit a service ticket to our team here.
